About us
About the Rotate Rings Guide
Rotate Rings Guide is a fan-made walkthrough library covering 250 Rotate Rings levels and counting. Every level page shows the board, its difficulty rating and a full video walkthrough on YouTube — and 20 of them also carry a written guide that names the rings, their clamps and the turn order that works. We built it because finding a working answer when you are stuck should not take ten tabs.
What we do
Rotate Rings is a deceptively simple puzzle game: interlocked circles, each with a gap, held in place by coloured clamps. Easy to learn, quietly demanding to master. When a layer will not open, the game gives you no diagram of who holds whom. That is the gap this site fills. We keep a walkthrough video for every level we list, and for the boards we have measured we write our own guide: the ring count, the clamp owners, the turn direction and the order that frees each layer.
A video for every level
All 250 level pages carry the board image, its difficulty rating and a video walkthrough embedded from YouTube — so you can watch the solve instead of guessing at a hint. Early levels that share one multi-level recording are labelled as such.
Measured guides where they matter
20 of those levels also have a written guide built from the board itself: how many rings, which ring owns each clamp, which way to turn and by how much. We add guides as more level layouts are verified.
Free, always
This site has no paywalls, no sign-ups and no download walls. If a guide helps you, pass it on to another stuck player.
Meet the team
The Focss Games editorial team runs this site: indexing the walkthrough video for every level, writing the measured guides for the boards that need them, and answering the corrections readers send in. Every walkthrough page carries a named team byline rather than an anonymous “admin” label.
Meet the whole teamHow our walkthroughs work
- 1
Find your level number on the levels page (all 250 are listed on one page, grouped by range).
- 2
Watch the video walkthrough — it shows the full solve of that board, so you can follow the ring order yourself.
- 3
If the level has one, read the measured breakdown below the video: it names the ring that holds each clamp and the turn that frees it.
- 4
Still stuck? Compare your board with the screenshot on the page, retry with fresh eyes, and tell us if the solution looks wrong.
Our editorial standards
Honest about what this site is
We are a fan-made guide site, not the game's developer, and we do not claim to have cleared all 250 boards ourselves. Every written guide we publish is built from that level's own board image and, where available, the clear on video.
Watch at the source
Walkthroughs play through the YouTube player, and every level page links to the video's own YouTube page, so you can see who published it and watch it there.
Board facts come from the game
Level numbers, names, difficulty ratings and board images are pulled from our data snapshot. Ring positions, gaps and clamp angles on a written guide are measured from that level's own picture, not inferred from its number.
Fixed when wrong
Report a solution that does not clear or a video that will not play and we will look at that level and correct or remove the page. We would rather drop a page than leave a wrong answer live.
Videos, game assets and copyright
Every page here pairs a walkthrough video with the game's own artwork. We write the text around them; the videos and the game material are not ours. Here is who owns what.
Walkthrough videos
The walkthrough videos on this site are embedded from YouTube and belong to the channels that uploaded them — not to us, and not to any of the people who write guides here. We claim no ownership of any video we embed. Every level page links to the video's own YouTube page, so you can always see who published it and watch it at the source.
Game assets
Rotate Rings — its name, artwork, level designs and in-game screenshots — belongs to the game's developer or publisher. The board images on this site come from our data snapshot of the game and are shown only to identify the level being explained, alongside our own commentary on how to clear it.
Not an official site
This is an independent, fan-made guide site. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by the developer or publisher of Rotate Rings, and nothing published here is a statement on their behalf.
